These terms govern the use of nextpulsepro.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Pricing and VAT (BTW)

All prices are inclusive of the applicable Dutch BTW (VAT).

3. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center in Breda, The Netherlands.

• Delivery Times: 1-2 business days within the Netherlands.
• Liability: NextPulsePro takes full responsibility for your order until it is delivered.

4. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

You have 14 days to cancel your purchase from the date of receipt.

The "On-Court" Rule: Padel rackets must not be used on-court. To receive a full refund, the product must be in its original condition with the factory seal on the handle intact.

Return Address: Returns must be sent to our fulfillment partner in Breda. Contact support for an RMA label.

5. Legal Warranty (Wettelijke Garantie)

Under Dutch law, you are entitled to a legal warranty ensuring the product meets reasonable expectations.

• Duration: 2 years against manufacturing defects.
• Exclusions: Does not cover "user error" (hitting walls, floor, or other rackets) or natural wear and tear.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

1. Professional Warranty Policy

• Manufacturing Defects: Covers internal structural failure or core collapse for 6 months.
• What is NOT covered: Impact damage, exposure to extreme temperatures, or rackets with handle plastic removed.

2. Pro-Level Care Guide

• Temperature Shield: Do not leave your racket in a car. Use the Thermal Zone in your NextPulsePro bag.
• Dry & Clean: Dry immediately if wet. Do not use chemical cleaners on the matte surface.
• The "Beat" Check: If you hear a rattling sound after an impact, inspect for structural cracks immediately.
